Culinary Arts II Class at the Ridgeline Hotel
The Chadron High Culinary II class toured restaurant kitchens in Estes Park, CO earlier this week to learn skills that can further them in the culinary field. Chef Derek Neighbor of the Ridgeline Hotel - Estes Park Ascend Hotel Collection spoke with the students about food costs, inventory, and food and beverage equipment usage. Then, the students prepped and executed food service at Latitude 105!
Hotel staff thanked the students and Chadron High School's Culinary Arts II teacher, Brenda Budler for joining them.
